La Chambre D'Amis - Ypres

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs, can't recommend highly enough it. The place deserved 3 stars. Hopefully the room was clean with the large window. A hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets were very handy.

The rooms here are lovely and very comfortable, with large windows, a great breakfast with fresh food and drinks, and a pleasant location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.

The location is peaceful and excellent near the centre of Ypres and Ypres, and the rooms are clean. It has fairly clean bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We had a great experience during our three-day stay at a well-maintained modern place with a central location, and we would recommend it.

We stayed here for 4 nights, it was perfect for us, we came here with our son.

The rooms are nicely decorated with a large window, just like they said, and the price is £58.

The location is ideal, just a short stroll to the Menin Gate and the heart of Ypres. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, with its picturesque tulip fields and ample opportunities for cycling and fishing. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to lend my wife hair straighteners when she forgot her adaptor. The breakfast was a highlight, delivered right to our door in a traditional basket, filled with warm rolls and croissants. We had the choice to enjoy it in our private room or outside on the beautiful terrace, overlooking the well-tended garden.

My children wished there were more outdoor activities for them to enjoy in the B&B's garden. For families with children, it would be great to have some games or a play area to keep the little ones entertained.

The rooms here are well-designed and spotless, and they come with a nice big window to let in natural light 🌞. It's cool that they have coffee and tea makers as well as glassware provided. the location is great, right by the town center and garden, which is a plus.

The property was in a great location, just a short walk from a famous memorial. the owners were very helpful and even let me borrow hair straighteners. the breakfast was delicious and could be enjoyed either in the room or outside on a lovely terrace/garden.

None that I can think of, I had a fantastic stay.

As business guests, we appreciated the peaceful and relaxing ambiance.

The twin room at La Chambre D'Amis is cozy and charming, with a homely feel. The tea/coffee maker is a lovely touch, allowing us to enjoy a warm beverage whenever we wanted. The tile/marble floor adds a touch of elegance, and the electric kettle is convenient for making quick cups of tea on lazy mornings. the room exudes a sense of comfort and relaxation that made our stay unforgettable.

Personally, I found the electric kettle to be a bit noisy, but it didn't bother the rest of my family. It's a minor detail that might not bother most people.
